Licensed Practical Nurse

Ovation Communities is seeking dedicated, compassionate LPNs to provide exceptional care to our residents. In this role, you’ll administer prescribed treatments and medications, assist with daily living needs, and ensure each resident’s physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being is supported. Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; high school diploma or equivalent required
• Licensed LPN in Wisconsin with current CPR certification
• 1–3+ years of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing preferred
• Skilled communicator, compassionate, and committed to high-quality care
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and function as part of a team
