This is a phone-first BDR role for someone who knows how to sell, understands SMB buyers, and wants to be part of a real growth story.
If you’ve sold B2B SaaS, digital marketing, payroll, payments, or tools to small business owners—and you love the challenge of starting conversations, qualifying pain, and booking strong meetings—this role was built for you.
You’ll be on the front lines introducing owners in industries like lawn care, pest control, HVAC, and other local services to a better way to grow their business.
This role is about creating real opportunities, not just dialing for activity’s sake.
📞 What You’ll Do
Make 60–100 thoughtful outbound calls per day to SMB owners
Start high-quality conversations and uncover real business pain
Qualify prospects against Clicki’s ideal customer profile
Book discovery demos for Account Executives
Follow up with warm leads and handle initial objections
Use proven talk tracks, scripts, and CRM tools to stay organized
Share feedback from the field to help refine messaging and strategy
👤 Who You Are
You’ve sold B2B SaaS or B2B services to SMBs (BDR/SDR experience preferred)
You’re confident on the phone and comfortable leading conversations
You’re curious, coachable, and motivated by performance and growth
You like fast-moving environments and taking ownership of results
You want a clear path forward—not just a seat, but a career
No specific industry background is required. If you know how to sell to small business owners, we can teach you the rest.
