Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide direct patient care, administer medications, and assist with daily living activities. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians

Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff

Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Michigan

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

Ability to lift, push, and pull patients as needed
