TST Assistant Site Leader

The TST Assistant Site Leader is responsible for the development of Summer Leaders at SpringHill while creating a culture that reflects the core values of SpringHill for Teen Service Team campers (9th-12th grade). The TST Assistant Site Leader leads Summer Staff and Lead Counselors through training, spiritual development, scheduling, service, creating and maintaining staff grid, payroll and program execution for TST. The TST Assistant Site Leader should be at least 21 years of age preferably.

Key Job Functions

Disciple and mentor Lead Counselors

Facilitate healthy community among Lead Counselors and Counselors

Effective and helpful participation as a team member with the Assistant Site Leaders and Site

Leaders

Interact with parents before, during and after a camper’s experience, via phone call, face-to-face

and/or email

Ability to creatively resolve camper and staff issues in a timely manner

Maintain a well balance between building relationships and administrative duties

Complete other duties as assigned by the TST Site Leader
