7:00 pm to 12:00 am on Saturday, February 28th
General Information:
The Damar Gala will be an unforgettable night supporting life-changing services for children and adults with developmental, intellectual, and behavioral disabilities. We are looking for welcoming and friendly volunteers to help make this event possible!
Requirements: The Event Support Staff will help with silent auction checkout, cleanup, and exit hospitality. Parking will be provided, and support staff will receive a long-sleeved t-shirt to wear. Please carpool if possible.
- Must be friendly and professional, comfortable around people in a busy environment
- Able to listen and follow instructions, have a service mindset
- Be 18 years or older
- Support staff should also be able to lift up to 25 lbs. or be comfortable with team lifting
- Support staff are not allowed to consume alcohol or drugs at the event.
Attire: A long-sleeve event t-shirt will be provided that should be worn along with black pants or black jeans. All clothing should be clean and free of tears, distressing, or damage.
Additional information: Background checks are required. All support staff must additionally sign up on VolunteerHub, Damar's volunteer management software program, to complete these background checks and sign waivers.
