Job Title: Business Development Analyst (Writing & Executive Outreach)

Location: Fully Remote

Commitment: Part-Time (~10 hours/week)

Availability: At least 2 hours/day (Mon–Fri) for team syncs

Pay: $12.00 – $17.00/hour (Based on experience and state minimum wage requirements)

The Role: Strategic Outreach & Research

We are looking for a Business Development Analyst who balances a sharp business mind with exceptional writing skills. You won’t just be "making calls"—you will be the voice of ProMazo to C-Level executives and senior leaders. Your primary goal is to research high-level targets and craft highly personalized, persuasive messaging that opens doors to new partnerships.

This is a rare opportunity to learn the "art of the reach" from our founder and play a direct role in the firm's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Research: Conduct deep-dive research into Fortune 500 leaders to understand their specific business challenges, interests, and corporate priorities.
• Customized Messaging: Draft high-impact, professional correspondence tailored specifically to C-Suite and Senior Vice President-level contacts.
• Strategy Collaboration: Work directly with ProMazo’s founder to refine our pitch, value proposition, and outreach strategy.
• Pipeline Management: Manage outreach sequences and schedule introductory meetings between potential partners and ProMazo leadership.
• Content Interview: As part of our commitment to your growth, you will participate in a career-focused content interview with our team to help us highlight your story and skills.

Qualifications

• Elite Writing Skills: You must be able to write with clarity, professional polish, and a persuasive edge.
• Business Mindset: A strong interest in how businesses operate; ideal for Business Analysts or those interested in consulting/strategy.
• Attention to Detail: The ability to spot a typo or a tone mismatch before it hits an executive’s inbox.
• Independence: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a higher education institution with the ability to manage your own workflow remotely.
• Interpersonal Savvy: Comfortable engaging with high-level stakeholders and working in a fast-paced team environment.
