π Your Responsibilities
Learn our structured financial education and life insurance system (complete training provided)
Meet with clients via Zoom to educate and guide them through protection and planning solutions
Work with warm leads generated from social media, digital marketing, and referrals
Participate in weekly virtual trainings and mentorship calls
Develop valuable, transferable skills including leadership, communication, financial literacy, and client support

18+ with a valid SSN or ITIN
Able to pass a background check
Driven, disciplined, and goal-focused
High integrity; people always come before profit
Competitive, leadership, or sports backgrounds are a plus
Coachable, curious, and motivated to grow

Performance-based income (1099)
Average commission per policy: $500β$700
Paid twice weekly
Trained associates typically close 2β5 policies per week
