💻 What You’ll Do

Learn our proven financial education and life insurance framework (complete training provided)

Meet with families via Zoom to guide them through protection and financial planning

Work with warm leads generated through social media, direct mail, and digital marketing

Participate in weekly mentorship calls and ongoing skill-development trainings

Develop strong communication, leadership, and financial literacy skills

🔥 Who We’re Looking For

18+ with a valid SSN or ITIN

Able to pass a background check

Self-motivated, driven, and open to coaching

Integrity-focused mindset — character matters most

Competitive experience (sports, gaming, sales, etc.) is a plus

Someone committed to personal and financial growth

💰 Compensation & Benefits

100% commission-based (1099 independent contractor)

Average commission per policy: $500–$700

Paid twice weekly

Once trained, top performers typically close 2–5 policies per week

State insurance licensing sponsored after training

Fully remote with complete schedule flexibility
