Protection Planning Associate (Remote)

⭐️ The Opportunity
This remote role is ideal for students and young professionals interested in life insurance and protection planning. No prior experience is required — full training and mentorship are provided.

You’ll learn how to guide families through life insurance options that support income protection, debt coverage, and generational security, while earning performance-based income and maintaining a flexible schedule.

💻 What You’ll Do

Train in life insurance products and protection-based financial education

Meet with families via Zoom to explain coverage options and needs

Assist clients in selecting appropriate life insurance solutions

Follow up with warm leads from referrals and digital marketing

Attend weekly training, licensing support, and mentorship calls

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

18+ with SSN or ITIN

Able to pass a background check

Driven, dependable, and client-focused

High integrity with a service-first mindset

Competitive or leadership experience is a plus

Willing to learn and grow within the insurance industry

💰 Compensation & Perks

Commission-based 1099 income

Average commission per policy: $500–$700

Paid twice weekly

Licensed associates typically close 2–5 policies per week

State life insurance licensing fully sponsored after training

100% remote with flexible scheduling
