💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

Learning our financial education + life insurance system (we train you from day one)

Meeting with families over Zoom to help them understand protection and financial planning

Following up with warm leads from social media, mailers, and digital marketing

Joining weekly mentorship calls and team trainings

Building real skills in communication, leadership, and financial literacy

🔥 Who We’re Looking For:

18+ with SSN or ITIN

Able to pass a background check

Motivated, coachable, and self-driven

Integrity-first mindset (character > clout)

Competitive edge from sports, gaming, sales, or similar backgrounds is a plus

Someone hungry for personal and financial growth

💰 Compensation & Perks:

100% commission-based (1099)

Average commission: $500–$700 per policy

Paid twice a week

Once trained, top performers typically close 2–5 policies per week

State insurance license sponsored after training
