Arizona Autism is expanding our high-quality, play-based ABA model into the beautiful state of Colorado, and we’re looking for passionate BCBAs who are excited to make a meaningful impact from day one.

What You’ll Do
- Lead with compassion: design and oversee individualized treatment plans.
- Inspire your team of RBTs and provide ongoing training & supervision.
- Partner with families to celebrate wins (big and small).
- Make every day count by helping kiddos build skills for a brighter future.
- Get excited about growth and contributing to a new market launch.
