Legal Aid Activator
As a Legal Aid Activator, you will play a critical role in helping individuals, families, and members access legal support pathways by coordinating intake, outreach, documentation, and referrals. This role does not provide legal advice, but ensures people are properly connected to licensed attorneys, legal aid organizations, and compliant resources.
You serve as a bridge between people in need and legal professionals, helping stabilize housing, protect rights, and reduce barriers to justice through organized systems and compassionate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct outreach to individuals, agencies, and members needing legal support
● Manage legal aid intake, screening, and documentation collection
● Educate members on available legal aid services and processes
● Coordinate referrals to attorneys, legal aid organizations, and clinics
● Track case status and follow-ups in CRM or case management systems
● Support housing stability, real estate, benefits, and family-related legal pathways
● Maintain confidentiality and compliance at all times
● Collaborate with internal teams (housing, mental health, real estate, operations)
