Global Expansion Activator

As a Global Expansion Activator, you will play a key role in identifying, developing, and activating international partnerships that support organizational growth across education, real estate, technology, sustainability, and community development. This role focuses on turning global opportunities into structured, scalable programs by aligning partners, timelines, and operational systems.

You will serve as a connector between local leadership and global stakeholders, helping activate new regions while maintaining consistency with organizational mission, values, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and engage potential international partners including universities, developers, agencies, and community leaders
● Support the launch and scaling of global programs, pilots, and regional initiatives
● Coordinate onboarding of global partners and stakeholders
● Assist with MOUs, partnership frameworks, and documentation
● Align global expansion efforts with education, real estate, technology, and sustainability programs
● Coordinate cross-border communication, meetings, and reporting
● Track expansion milestones and deliver progress updates to leadership
● Support international site visits, delegations, and expansion trips
