Internship Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Intern to explore new avenues of
customer engagement, focusing on pharmacies. The ideal candidate will
have a strong understanding of key marketing concepts, including social
media marketing, LinkedIn engagement, and campaign development. They
will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing campaigns,
tracking their performance, and optimizing them based on results. The
ability to design print and digital marketing materials is a plus.


Key Responsibilities
· Customer Engagement Strategy: Identify and implement innovative
ways to engage pharmacy customers.
· Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage content strategies for
platforms like LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
· Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute targeted campaigns,
both digital and print, to promote products and services.
· Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign
results, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
· Content Creation: Develop engaging content, including blog posts,
social media posts, and email marketing materials.
· Brand Positioning: Assist in refining brand messaging to resonate
with pharmacy customers.

· Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align
marketing strategies with sales goals.
· Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and customer
insights research to inform marketing strategies.
· Design Skills (Preferred): Ability to create visually appealing print
and digital marketing materials is a plus.
Qualifications & Skills
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media engagement,
and content creation.
· Experience with LinkedIn marketing and professional engagement
strategies.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to track and adjust campaign
performance.
· Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe
Creative Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Self-motivated, creative, and eager to take initiative.
