$26.12-$32.00/hour - Placement in the range will be determined based on experience and other factors allowed by law.
JM Murray is looking for an individual to provide guidance and assistance to assigned staff to ensure that a high quality of service is provided to individuals/families, brokers, and other stake holders.
This position is responsible for providing operational support to the Self-Direction Services Department and the daily supervision of full time Project Leaders providing fiscal intermediary services to individuals enrolled in Self-Directed Services through the OPWDD. Ensures and completes appropriate and timely documentation of services, review timecards, assists FI Services Manager with completing compliance audits, provides coaching and feedback, assist the Director with hiring of staff, and assists the Director with program development and service expansion.
Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Efficient use of technology and software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Databases. Highly organized, attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
Flexibility to adjust to changes in schedules and assigned tasks – flexibility to work outside regular
business hours when necessary to attend Life Plan Meetings.
Education: Associate’s Degree preferred. High school diploma and significant experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
Must have 2-3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities; at least one year coordinating and scheduling work tasks
