Summer 2026 - Human Resources Intern

Ipsen is a leading global biopharmaceutical company committed to improving lives through innovative medicines in Oncology, Rare Disease, and Neuroscience. As part of our mission, we are seeking motivated undergraduate students to join our summer internship program at our Cambridge, MA office. The Human Resources Intern will support the Talent Management, Learning, and Development team in delivering strategic initiatives that enhance organizational capability and employee experience across North America. This role provides hands-on exposure to talent development programs, learning solutions, and organizational effectiveness projects. The intern will collaborate and assist in program design, execution, and evaluation, contributing to our mission of building a high-performing, inclusive workforce.  

We will not consider graduate students or undergraduate students graduating before December 2026. We are also not providing housing support, so students will need to provide their own housing over the course of the 11-week program. 

 

Main Responsibilities & Job Expectations

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of talent management and learning initiatives across North America. 
  • Help create and update learning materials, presentations, and communication assets for training programs and workshops. 
  • Collect, organize, and analyze program data to generate insights and support reporting on effectiveness and impact. 
  • Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and innovative approaches in talent development and organizational learning. 
  • Support project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth execution of initiatives. 
  • Manage logistics for meetings, events, and training sessions, including scheduling and preparing materials. 
  • Partner closely with TMLD team members to ensure alignment and successful delivery of programs. 

 

Knowledge & Experience 

  • Currently enrolled student pursuing a BA/BS in a relevant field, ideally Human Resources Management, graduating no earlier than December 2026 
  • GPA of at least 3.0 is required 
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to work  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. 
  • Able to work from our Cambridge, MA office 2-3x days per week 

 

The hourly pay for this position is $25
