What You’ll Do:
- Carry out individualized treatment plans designed by licensed Occupational Therapists.
- Lead play-based activities that build fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills.
- Support therapy across various settings—clinics, homes, schools, and the community.
- Document progress, communicate with families, and adapt techniques as needed.
- Collaborate with OTs, BCBAs, SLPs, and PTs to deliver holistic, whole-child care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate of an accredited COTA program with Missouri licensure (or eligibility).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfort with hands-on, movement-based sessions.
- Compassion and dedication to helping children thrive.
Additional Details:
- Clinics located in Willow Springs and West Plains, MO — opportunity to work in one or both locations.

Job Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours | Pay Range: $40,000–$60,000/yearly (DOE)
