We are seeking passionate pre-licensed and fully-licensed clinicians to join our growing team in both our Albany and Elk River Office and School Linked Mental Health program. You'll provide diagnostic assessments and outpatient therapy, develop treatment plans, collaborate with a caring team, and help clients heal and thrive.

Compensation & Benefits
- W-2 Salary: $38,500 – $85,000+
- QSEHRA health stipend

Who You Are
- LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, LP, or working toward licensure
- Passionate about working with children & families (other populations welcome too!)
- Understanding of attachment & trauma-informed care
- Culturally responsive & strengths-based
- Organized, compassionate, collaborative, a little creative, and FUN!
- SUPER cool if you are already DC-05 and/or play therapy trained
