Outdoor Adventure Instructor - PAID Summer Job/Internship
OUTDOOR ADVENTURE - HIGH ROPES & CLIMBING INSTRUCTOR:
- Work as part of our Adventure Staff, focusing skills on our Aerial Adventure & High Ropes course.
- Facility includes a two-level Aerial Adventure Course, Climbing Wall and Zipline.
- Assist in overseeing the planning and preparation of all activity area instructional periods, as well as designing multi-day clinic programs.
- Lead hikes at the State Forest, located directly across the street from camp.
- Camp Winadu will pay for all Adventure Staff or interested candidates to become safety certified during staff training at camp.
- All Coaches/Counselors (in addition to their specific area) will work throughout the summer as General Leadership Counselors and take part in every part of the Winadu program from the Lake to the Pool, NFL Day to Shaving Cream Fights, gaining valuable leadership skills and networking opportunities for any career.
- Leadership Counselors will also have ample coaching and leadership opportunities with the ability to have a positive impact on kids and build their resume, no matter your major.
- The ideal candidate will be high energy, fun and flexible and excited to provide an experience that can enhance the skill level of every camper embracing our motto "Building Character Through Sports".
Camp Winadu is approximately 3 hours from Boston & NYC, located in the Berkshire Mountain Region of Massachusetts.
