Phillips, Erlewine, Given & Carlin LLP (PEGC) is a San Francisco law firm representing a broad spectrum of clients in diverse industries and practice areas. The firm is best known for its expertise in Employment Law, Personal Injury Law, and Class Action Litigation.

We are seeking a graduating senior or alumnus for a position as a Paralegal. We are looking for someone to start in January 2026. Prior experience is not required, but familiarity with and/or interest in the law is preferred.  Responsibilities include:

·        General filing and maintenance of legal documents

·        Intake on potential cases

·        Research related to potential and pending litigation

·        Document preparation and court filing

·        Analyzing and summarizing incoming discovery and client documents

·        Answering phones and interacting with clients

·        Providing general assistance to attorneys in preparation for trials, meetings, depositions, and speaking/teaching engagements

·        In-court trial support

Knowledge of MS Office – including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel – is necessary. This position is intended for a college graduate who is interested in law, may or may not be planning on attending law school, and hoping to gain hands-on experience. The right job candidate is a self-starter, proactive and passionate about what we do and who we represent.
