Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, detail oriented intern to support our finance and administrative operations. You will work directly with management and get real world experience in the core duties of a Financial Operations Manager without the corporate stiffness.
What You’ll Do
Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping
Help track monthly rent payments, incoming wires, and vendor invoices
Support the budgeting process for properties
Organize and monitor cash flow + treasury updates
Run cost analysis on apartments, turnovers, and renovations
Prepare simple financial summaries and reports for management
Maintain spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets) for utilities, expenses, and property data
Assist with administrative tasks that keep operations smooth and efficient
