The Opportunity: ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
As a valued member of our team, you will implement customized treatment plans under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children increase their communication, social, self-help, and play skills. Our clinical team is dedicated to superior client outcomes and your professional success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, 1:1 therapy following BCBA-developed treatment plans.
- Accurately record and relay client progress data using Stride's system.
- Write and submit detailed clinical notes summarizing client sessions.
- Build positive, professional relationships with families.
- Maintain the highest standards of client confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- A strong, caring, compassionate, and empathetic demeanor.
- Possess a strong work ethic and positively contribute to the Stride culture.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including moving freely, quickly and frequently, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Successfully complete Stride's onboarding and training.
