2026 Tapestry Internship Program Overview:
Our 10-week Summer 2026 Internship Program will give undergraduates, masters students, and recent graduates the opportunity to develop critical skillsets and gain hands-on experience at our house of modern luxury lifestyle brands. There will be internship opportunities available at Coach, kate spade, and within our Tapestry Functional Groups.
- Program Dates: June 2nd, 2026 - August 7th, 2026
- Work structure: Hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday in office)
- Location: New York City Hudson Yards Office
- Compensation: $20/hour
- Benefits/Perks: Summer Fridays, product discounts, sample sales, meal stipend, and Intern educational & social events.

Job Title: Summer Human Resources Internships
Primary Purpose: The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Human Resources to work within our Tapestry corporate team.
Functions include but are not limited to: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Business Partner, People Solutions, Social Impact, etc.

- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding processes by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems
- Help organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and company events
- Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to support process improvements
- Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis for workforce planning
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including calendar management and meeting coordination

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR systems is a plus
