What Will You Do?

•  Implement fun, personalized ABA strategies one-on-one with clients in-home
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and celebrate wins
• Communicate like a pro with team members and families
• Participate in exciting staff meetings and trainings

What Do You Need?

• RBT certification preferred (but we’re happy to help you get there!)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Love working with children — babysitters, teachers, daycare heroes, and students in psychology or related fields, this is for YOU!
• Physical ability to assist clients when needed
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly personality
