Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for financial and compliance projects.
- Validate data using SQL and Excel to identify reporting gaps and ensure accuracy in business reports.
- Prepare clear documentation, process flows, and presentations to support collaboration between business and IT teams.
- Assist in analyzing existing processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Participate in meetings and support project deliverables through basic testing and data checks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of business analysis concepts, SDLC, and requirement-gathering techniques.
- Foundational knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data cleaning, etc.).
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
