We’re actively seeking December graduates in Psychology, Human Services, Education, or related fields who are eager to begin their careers supporting individuals with Autism. Pay: From $12.41 per hour (Pay increase upon hire as an RBT)

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No nights, no weekends

Internship Highlights:

  • Paid, full-time internship (4 weeks)

What You’ll Do:

  • Complete required 40-hour RBT training
  • Participate in hands-on skill-building sessions
  • Shadow experienced RBTs and work directly with clients
  • Assist in behavior data collection and implementation of treatment plans
  • Receive coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recent college graduates (Juniors/Seniors also considered)
  • Passion for working with children with autism
  • Strong interest in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
  • No prior experience needed – training is provided
