Call Time Manager

 

 

Brooke Pinto for Congress: Call Time Manger

Location: Washington, DC

Format: In-person/hybrid

Compensation: $5,500/month

Benefits: healthcare stipend of $500/month

Hours Per Week: 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday (occasional evening or weekend work may be required)

Overview:

Brooke Pinto for Congress is currently hiring for a full-time, salaried call time manager to join our team. This person will work closely with the candidate herself to assist in prepping and executing fundraising calls as well as provide operational support to the campaign team in other fundraising efforts, including events.

This position is based in Washington, DC.

Previous fundraising, political, or administrative experience (including internships) is preferred but not required. This is an entry level role. We are looking for someone looking to grow and take on additional responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities Include:

- Prepping calls for the candidate at the direction of senior fundraising staff, including: - List creation

- Donor prospect research

- Contact information verification

 

- Staffing one-on-one call time with the candidate which entails sitting with the candidate during scheduled call hours, logging all call notes and data using digital campaign software, and managing call follow up via email or text.

- Tracking pledges and following up via email and phone.

- Assisting with the planning and execution of fundraising events including: creating invitations and ActBlue pages, distribution of invitations, and assisting in staffing events.

- Assisting in the thank you note process.

- Completing other fundraising tasks needed for campaign success.

- Helping manage the candidate’s schedule
