Pastry Cook
Greenwich Hospitality Group is seeking a passionate and innovative PM Service Pastry Cook to assist in running the pastry operations of the group’s newest restaurant concept, Dandelion in Westport, CT
About the Role
As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for:
- Production of sauces, garnishes, and components for the dessert menu
- Setup, execution, and breakdown of the pastry station during service
- Following plating instructions and recipes precisely
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Delivering consistent quality under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 1–2 years’ experience working in an upscale dining environment
- Has excellent attention to detail and follows directions with consistency
- Communicates clearly and works well with others
- Maintains a positive attitude and thrives in a team-oriented setting
- Can adapt to a late-night schedule (availability between 2/3 PM – 12 AM)
