Archery Instructor and Cabin Counselor

As an Archery Instructor, you’ll provide one of camp’s most exciting skill-based activities in a tightly supervised, safety-first environment.

Counselor Responsibilities:
• Live in a cabin with campers
• Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging cabin atmosphere
• Participate fully in camp activities, meals, routines, and traditions
Archery Instructor Responsibilities:
• Run daily archery classes
• Teach proper stance, aiming, release, and safety rules
• Oversee strict range safety at all times
• Maintain and repair equipment: bows, arrows, targets, armguards
• Create fun skill challenges and competitions
• Ensure all campers use equipment safely and respectfully
Qualifications:
• Archery experience (instruction experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to safety
• 17+ by June 14th
