The United States District Court for the District of Minnesota invites applications for the position of Temporary Law Clerk to United States Magistrate Judge Dulce J. Foster.  This is a short-term, temporary appointment from June 29, 2026-September 4, 2026. The nature of a law clerk position includes working closely with the judge on a daily basis.  The ideal candidate must be willing and able to physically report to chambers most days as needed, but a partially remote/hybrid work schedule is negotiable.
