Job description

  • Work as a Residential Summer Camp Counselor in New Hampshire as a role model and mentor
  • Positively impact the lives of children in a meaningful way
  • Lead activities and games in our Waterfront Department as a Sailing Instructor and Lifeguard (Lifeguard Certification provided at no charge to you!)
  • Grow and develop leadership and 21st century skills
  • Make lifelong friendships with staff members from around the world
  • Have the most incredible summer ever on our beautiful lakefront campus

About the Job

At Windsor Mountain International Summer Camp, our counselors serve as role models and counselors for campers, providing social and emotional support for them away from home. We seek to hire kind, caring, and fun people who want to work with children. Counselors also lead activities and plan classes to teach, helping campers build skills and have fun.  A qualified applicant should have experience and knowledge about sailing.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Dates: June 7th, 2026 - August 20th, 2025 (These dates include life guard training)

Salary: From $1,100.00 per month (plus travel reimbursement, room and board)
