Wilderness Trip Leader
Job description
- Lead 3-day overnight trips in the wilderness of New England to a group of campers ages 8-16.
- Trip leaders will plan and execute trips, ensuring the safety and well-being of campers by cooking, teaching outdoor skills, and supporting them through new experiences.
- Explore New England's beautiful waterfalls, rivers, beaches, mountains, and woods.
- Work and live on camp between trips, engaging and helping with day-to-day camp activities.
- Making lifelong memories and friendships with people from all over the world!
Position responsibilities: Lead a group of campers on 3-day wilderness trips throughout New England; trips may include hiking, camping, climbing, swimming, kayaking, and canoeing. Between trips, working at an overnight summer camp, helping with day-to-day activities and engaging in the camp community.
Position qualifications: WFR or WFA (Windsor Mountain is willing to help applicant obtain before the summer)

Salary: $3,500 - $4,500, depending on experience
