This is a great opportunity for college students who want to stay active, develop leadership skills, and build professional experience in a fun, team-oriented environment.
Position Overview
As a Lifeguard, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests by maintaining constant surveillance of the pool area, enforcing rules, and responding effectively to emergencies. You’ll also help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for visitors of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety and compliance with facility rules.
- Recognize and respond quickly to all emergencies.
- Perform water rescues and provide first aid or CPR when needed.
- Inspect and maintain equipment and pool areas for safety and cleanliness.
- Work collaboratively with fellow lifeguards and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Reliable, responsible, and focused under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a current lifeguard certification.
We accept all Current lifeguard certifications and offer in-house certification classes running now through July 2026.
