About the Position
Altus Power is currently seeking highly motivated summer interns to work with our Accounting team in a rotational program and get exposure to both operational and technical financial accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare account reconciliations
- Complete month-end financial reports
- Learn and create journal entries
- Perform tax research and analysis
- Assist with audit requests
- Complete ad hoc accounting assignments as needed
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting
- Highly motivated individual
- Understanding of financial modeling
- Organized professional with strong integrity
- Strong communicator and a team player
- Excellent Excel skills
- Great analytical skills and detail-oriented
- Possess a high level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility
- Ability to commute to our Stamford, CT office (Monday – Friday)
