Community & Public Relations Intern

Tulip City United Soccer Club

Tulip City United Soccer Club is a grassroots non-profit organization driven to bring together the people of Holland, Michigan in one place over the shared love of soccer and city, showcasing the best regional talent at a high level of play.  TCUSC fields a minor league amateur men's team competing in the Midwest Premier League, and starting in 2026 a women's team in the UWL.

Position:  Community & Public Relations Intern

Reports to: Public Relations Board Member

Wage: Credit Earning Student / Volunteer

Approved: TBD by Board of Directors

Major Responsibilities

  1. Organize and Implement Filming of TCU Home Games including Live Streaming and Archiving of games via online presence (i.e. youtube.com, other)  
  2. Work with team players, coaches and others to create podcast episodes, social media, and/or sizzle reels documenting the team history, culture, players and results.  Ensure that work is archived via TCU website.  
  3. Assist with game day photos, Insta campaign, and press releases.
  4. Assist with management of website.
  5. Create sponsorship advertisements for Insta and website.  Assist with sponsorship gameday events.
  6. Outreach and plan special events with local youth organizations.
  7. Provide game day support as needed.
