Position Overview

We’re hiring caring, energetic Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinic teams in Danbury, Waterbury, and Trumbull.
You’ll gain hands-on clinical experience working 1:1 with children diagnosed with autism, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

What You’ll Do

Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in a clinic setting

Implement behavior management and positive reinforcement strategies

Use evidence-based techniques such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Pivotal Response Training (PRT)

Collect and record behavior data accurately using digital tools

Collaborate with your clinical team, families, and supervisors

Receive ongoing ABA training and mentorship

💡 After 30 days, employees are eligible for company-sponsored RBT training and certification.

Who We’re Looking For

Current student or graduate in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Child Development, Sociology, Human Services, or related field

Passionate about helping children with autism and making a difference

Reliable, professional, and organized

Comfortable working actively (kneeling, sitting, lifting up to 40 lbs)

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance required
