What You’ll Do
- Learn how to source, screen, and connect with great candidates
- Maintain and Build relationships for continuous mindshare with stakeholders
- Support recruiters in managing client requirements and candidate coordination.
- Be part of real recruitment projects while developing your communication and negotiation skills.
- Maintain data, report, and help improve team processes.
- Get trained in MSP Program operations and account management basics.
