Clinical Psychologist Opportunity with the U.S. Navy – Where Mission Meets Meaning

This is a full-time, in-person active-duty position (Not remote or telemedicine) with career-defining benefits and impact.

Starting Annual Compensation: $135,000 to $170,000

The U.S. Navy is actively seeking to hire 24 Clinical Psychologists to join our Medical Service Corps from now to October 1st, 2026.

Responsibilities: You’ll provide critical mental health support to Sailors, Marines, and their families—playing a key role in psychological resilience, trauma recovery, and operational readiness.

Position Highlights:

• Up to $65,000 Sign-On Bonus

• $5,000 Incentive Pay + $8,000 Board Certification Pay

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• PsyD or PhD from APA-accredited program

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist

• U.S. Citizenship

• Between the ages of 21 and 63 (Title 10 U.S. Code section 531 and 532)
