Clinical Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor (LSW/LPC required; LISW/LPCC preferred) to join our interdisciplinary team supporting adults with serious mental illness (SMI) and substance use disorders (SUD) in HOPE (Housing Opportunities for People Everywhere) Housing and residential programs.
In this role, you will provide clinical training and oversight, along with direct therapeutic services that promote recovery, housing stability, and independence. You will ensure that services are trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and compliant with agency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly clinical oversight to residential staff and program managers
- Train staff on CareLogic, client services, and best practices
- Ensure documentation and clinical charts meet regulatory standards (95% + compliance)
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions focused on life skills, housing, and recovery
- Complete diagnostic assessments and develop Individual Recovery Plans
- Engage families and connect clients to self-help groups, employment, and community supports
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, landlords, and external partners
- Support staff with crisis intervention and clinical decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Social Work or Master’s in Counseling or Social Work
- Required: LSW or LPC (LISW/LPCC preferred)
- Dual credential in Mental Health/SUD a plus
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License and proof of car insurance as this position requires driving
- Experience with SPMI/SUD populations
- Knowledge of CARF, OMHAS, HUD/CoC compliance
- Strong skills in program management and Windows-based applications
