Registered Nurse Home Care

Registered Nurse RN Home Care rates starting at $33 per hour.

$6,000 Sign-on Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment) for the Registered Nurse RN Home Care. 

The Home Care Registered Nurse RN, under the supervision of the Director, Clinical & Home Care Services and working closely with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), provides the technical, organizational, and communication skills necessary to efficiently assess the need for and coordinate delivery of home care and clinic services. The Home Care RN must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to assess, plan care for and provide service to frail elders according to assigned responsibilities and LIFE-Program standards.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse RN Home Care requirements include:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have 1 year of geriatric related experience.
• Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
