Position: Cabinet Coach (Sales)
Job Description:
This is a full-time remote position, typically 40 hours per week, with flexible time off benefits. Consistent and ‘standard’ hours will be required (ie. M-F, 8a-5p Eastern Time).
The Cabinet Coach works closely with the customers, cabinet designers, team, and our manufacture to improve performance, product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and operational consistency. The Cabinet Coach is responsible for driving sales performance, increasing close rates, and improving profitability across team. This role focuses on helping the customer, mentoring, and process optimization to ensure high-quality customer experiences and profitable cabinet projects from design through installation.
Job Benefits:
A stepped salary structure will begin with a 100% salary during the training period (0-3 months), then transition to base salary plus commission (uncapped) upon completion of the training program. Responsibilities include:
- Data Entry
- Email Correspondence
- Scheduled Phone Meetings with customers
- Interpreting appliance specifications
- Providing functional recommendations
- Coaching customers through delivery and assembly
- Processing replacement requests
