IT Support Technician

🚨 HIRING: IT Support Technician / Engineer – Chula Vista, CA (Hybrid) 🚨

We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Technician/Engineer to join our client in the Industrial Automation & Robotics domain!

📍 Location: Chula Vista, CA (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
⏱ Duration: 12–18 month contract (potential contract-to-hire after 3 months)
🎯 Visa: H1-B, H4-EAD, OPT/CPT, and GC-EAD accepted
💻 Interviews: 2 rounds – Teams meeting + onsite interview

🔧 Role Overview

The IT Support Technician will maintain, troubleshoot, and improve computer systems including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. You’ll handle installations, repairs, upgrades, and user support to ensure seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support for users

Install, configure, and maintain systems and software

Troubleshoot hardware/software issues to optimize performance

Support Office 365, networking, and device management

Document issues and resolutions

Adhere to IT standards and security best practices

🧠 Ideal Candidate

3+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience

Strong knowledge of Windows systems, networking, and Office 365

CompTIA certifications preferred

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
