Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate – Staffing Services, you will be responsible for:

This is an entry-level role that will suit a recent graduate who is interested in getting into a technology-oriented company.

 

  • Build & maintain a pipeline of new potential customers within our target markets
  • Establish and build successful and meaningful relationships with clients in the Marketing, Creative, and Technology communities, cross selling our valuable service offerings
  • Parlay relationships with existing client and industry contacts to secure new business referrals

 

Qualifications for the position:

  • Work closely with the CEO and Sales Manager of Employvision to engage with our clients.
  • Experienced - 1-2 years of staffing, recruiting, or sales experience preferred. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable working in performance and metric-based sales environment - cold calling or call center experience speaking with c-level executives a plus.
  • A strong communicator - Possess effective written/verbal communication skills; demonstrate strong phone presence.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, product demonstration, customer service, and presentation skills are required.

 Compensation

  • Compensation includes base salary + a lucrative commission, Health Benefits, paid holidays, etc. Outstanding sales performance is also rewarded.
