Supply Chain Strategy Lead
Truco is building AI to automate the billions of dollars spent on manual supply chain workflows. Our first focus: streamlining procurement operations for manufacturing companies. We're rethinking back-office systems from the ground up, helping businesses move faster and smarter with intelligent automation.
About the Role
Ideal candidate understands how supply chain teams actually work. You’ll collaborate across product and sales—bringing real-world insight to help us build the right solutions, speak our customers’ language, and go to market with confidence.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to bridge supply chain, product, and business strategy in a fast-moving startup environment.
What You’ll Do
Go-to-Market Strategy: Drive market analysis, competitive positioning, and segmentation. Develop and propose the company's long-term commercial strategy.
Operational Due Diligence: Use your supply chain knowledge to rapidly map and analyze the complex back-office workflows of prospects and customers, identifying the most valuable, scalable use-cases for our AI.
Founders’ Force Multiplier: Act as the strategic partner to the CEO, handling ad-hoc, high-priority projects spanning investor relations, fundraising modeling, and expansion planning.
Metric Ownership: Establish and track key business metrics across the entire customer lifecycle, including Cost of Acquisition (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), time-to-value, and initial churn risk.
