Job Title: E-Commerce Intern-Sales
Purpose:
The E-Commerce Intern will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of our online business.
This role focuses on managing incoming customer traffic on a leading website and promoting Rolled
Alloys’ easy-to-use web tools to both current and potential customers.
Job Functions:
 Engage with incoming web traffic by guiding customers to the most relevant online tools based
on their needs.
 Assist with account setup by verifying customer information and helping them access their
online accounts.
 Test new website features to confirm proper functionality, ease of use, and consistency with
the current interface.
 Work closely with cross-functional teams including Digital Sales, Product Management, Credit,
Quality, and Operations to communicate customer requirements and feedback.
 Help maintain accurate customer and account data across systems and the website.
 Contribute to digital team projects by generating ideas, proposing enhancements, and
supporting marketing and business development initiatives.
Relationships:
 Customers
 Cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Credit,
and Quality
 Technical teams such as Web Developers and Programmers
Requirements:
 Background or coursework in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
 Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team environment
 Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new digital tools
 Analytical thinker and problem solver with attention to detail
 Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
 Proactive and motivated, with an interest in digital sales and e-commerce growth
