Kalsec Customer Experience Intern

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Summer Intern to support key initiatives within the Customer Experience team. This role will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction through accurate order entry, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement. The internship offers hands-on exposure to customer service operations and stakeholder engagement, providing valuable experience in a dynamic business environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities

· Support customer order fulfillment by collaborating with Sales Support, Regulatory Affairs, and Planning to ensure transactions meet compliance and regulatory standards.

· Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

· Assist the Customer Experience supervisor and manager with special projects, supporting process improvement and collaborating across departments, gaining exposure to project management and strategic initiatives.

Education/Experience

Required:

· Enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

· Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Desired:

· Experience with ERP and CRM systems

· Familiarity with Salesforce

Physical Requirements

· Walking between site buildings and office areas

· Possible exposure to dust and spice particles
