Leadership Internship

Leadership Internship

-Must be 18 years or older

-Must be graduated from high school. (Diploma, GED, or equivalent)

-Responsible for embodying our vision and values

-A heart for hunger, coachable spirit, integrity

-Responsible for supporting Operator and Directors

-Responsible for getting breaks out

-Responsible for making sure all tasks are finished for the shift

-Responsible for productivity and labor

-Responsible for leading shifts by executing operational excellence-TAKE CHARGE!

-Responsible for living out the purpose statement daily and expecting personal greatness from those they lead

-Responsible for tone of the restaurant-POSITIVE ENERGY!!!

-Pathway certification completed along with team leader packet

-Hold team accountable to policies and procedures

-Hold other leaders accountable and report to your directors

-Responsible for the results of the restaurant; focused on growing self and team along with caring for our guests

-Responsible for developing the team under you

-Mentored by a senior shift leader and director

-2 year minimum commitment to CFA in this role

  • Must be available full time (35+ hours) during the summer, with fully open availability on Fridays and Saturdays.
  • Must be available full time across all breaks. (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break, 35 hours minimum)
  • If continuing employment through the fall and spring semesters, must be available for:
    • 12-15  hours per week.
      • Including the availability to serve as an opening or closing lead a minimum of twice a week. (Shifts from 5:45 AM to 11:00 AM or 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM)
    • 3 days or 3 closes a week
    • Available Fridays and Saturdays

-May only have 10 days off during the summer

-If ending employment, we ask out of respect to CFA Holland Leadership you give a one month notice to leave
