Key Responsibilities:
Train staff on behavior strategies, coping skills, and structured routines.
Collaborate with treatment teams to adjust programs and treatment plans.
Provide clinical consultation, program oversight, and quarterly progress reviews.
Coordinate with psychiatrists on medication management.
Build strong professional relationships with staff and leadership.
Qualifications:
Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
BCBA certification or eligibility as a Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP).
At least 1 year of ABA experience (experience with adults with autism/developmental disabilities preferred).
Strong communication, teamwork, and data analysis skills.
