Worship Team Member

Worship Team task include: 

• working with other Worship Team members and the Worship Coordinator to perform 3-6 songs throughout worship services that occur 1-2 times per day (we are a Christian summer camp) 
• participating in rehearsals that occur 2-4 times throughout the week
• operating the camp store-- inventorying, restocking, checking out customers, and cleaning
• assisting in other areas of camp including subbing for counselors on their hour off, dishwashing after meals, setting up for activities

Qualifications: 

• experience with at least one instrument (voice, drums, guitar, bass, or keys)
• comfort performing on stage in front of around 160 people (performance experience not required)
• ability to communicate and work well with others
• desire to learn and grow in musical ability
• ability to take constructive criticism
• conflict resolution skills
