CGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive contract facility maintenance services to commercial clients. 

Overview  

The Electrician will be responsible for preventive and corrective electrical maintenance work and minimal installations for commercial clients. We encourage candidates who are willing to work towards a company-paid license to apply for this opportunity. 

Responsibilities 

Repair, install, replace, and test electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances. 

Inspect, test, and maintain electrical equipment, lighting, and power circuits. 

Isolate defects and repair faulty electrical components. 

Maintain emergency generators and high voltage switchgear. 

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and local codes. 

Qualifications 

Active Electrical license preferred. 

Minimum 5 years of construction or maintenance experience. 

Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams. 

Strong communication and client relations skills.
